Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please carefully review the policy below:

Returns for Non-Defective Items

If you change your mind or order the wrong size, color, or style, we’re happy to assist you with a return. However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Please follow these steps:

• Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
• Send the item to our returns collection address: 163 Michells Chance Rd, Box 168, Edgewater, MD 21037

Once we receive your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method (less any applicable shipping fees). We do not cover return shipping costs for items that are not defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or damaged, we will gladly accept the return and cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, providing a photo of the defect or damage. We will arrange for the return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
