The Model

How GivMoo Makes Money - and How You Get Paid

GivMoo operates a purpose-driven e-commerce marketplace. The model is simple, transparent, and designed to scale.

01

Shoppers Buy With Purpose

Customers shop GivMoo's curated marketplace - apparel, home goods, specialty coffee, gifts and more - knowing every purchase automatically funds a nonprofit cause they care about.

02

GivMoo Generates Revenue

Every sale generates gross revenue. GivMoo retains a portion for operations, growth, and investor distributions. Net profits - after all obligations - flow directly to nonprofit partners.

03

Investors Receive Quarterly Distributions

As a revenue-share investor, you receive quarterly distributions from GivMoo's gross revenue - not tied to net profit. Distributions can begin before the company reaches full profitability.

The Numbers

Where Does the Investor Return Come From?

Example - $25,000 Investment
Your Investment$25,000
Target Return Multiple6× (600%)
Target Total Return$150,000
Net Gain on Investment+$125,000
Distribution CadenceQuarterly
Projected Term~60 Months
Distributions are paid from gross revenue - not net profit. GivMoo does not need to be fully profitable for you to start receiving returns.

The revenue split - not the profit - funds investor returns

Here is how the economics actually work. For every $100 of merchandise sold, 40% covers the cost of goods. Of the remaining 60% margin, 20% goes directly to the nonprofit partner, 5% goes into the Investor Fund and is distributed pro-rata to investors quarterly, and 35% is retained by GivMoo for operations and growth. Your return and the nonprofit's income come from the same 60% margin - two separate, clearly defined slices. There is no conflict between them.

Think of it like a royalty model: as GivMoo grows its top-line revenue, your quarterly distributions grow with it.

Why is 6× realistic? The target is based on revenue projections, product margin profile, and growth trajectory detailed in the Offering Documents.

  • Revenue share is a contractual obligation, not discretionary
  • Funds held in escrow until $600K minimum is reached
  • Offering documents and financials available on request
  • Escrow minimum protects all early investors

Why GivMoo Wins

A Genuinely Unique Market Position

The question of whether GivMoo has a truly unique value proposition deserves a direct answer.

No Opt-In Required

Unlike cause-marketing programs that require shoppers to opt in to donate, GivMoo's giving is automatic. Every purchase. Every time. This is not loyalty marketing - it is structural generosity built into the platform.

Browse by Cause, Not Just Category

Shoppers can filter the entire marketplace by nonprofit cause - veterans, environment, LGBTQ+, education, and more. No competitor offers this alignment between purchase intent and social impact.

The Conscious Consumer Wave

66% of global consumers say they would pay more for sustainable products. 73% of millennials agree. GivMoo is built precisely for this growing buyer segment - and that market expands every year.

The Only Marketplace Built Around the Gift - Not the Transaction

Amazon optimizes for the transaction. GivMoo optimizes for the impact. Shoppers return not because of lower prices or faster shipping - but because buying on GivMoo means something. That is a retention engine no competitor can easily replicate.

Objections Answered

The Questions Every Serious Investor Should Ask

We would rather you asked hard questions now than had doubts later.

A 6× return target over 60 months sounds aggressive. What is it actually based on?+
It is ambitious - and it is grounded in the financials, not wishful thinking.

The 6× target is derived from GivMoo's projected revenue growth trajectory, product margin profile, and the percentage of gross revenue allocated to investor distributions as defined in the Operating Agreement. This is not a guarantee - all investments carry risk - but the model and the math are fully documented. Book a call and we will walk you through it directly.
How can you prove GivMoo has a truly unique value proposition?+
We do not ask you to take that on faith - we point to the structure.

Most cause marketing is cosmetic: a percentage donated here, an opt-in checkbox there. GivMoo's giving is architectural - hardwired into every transaction with no opt-in required. No other mainstream marketplace lets you browse by nonprofit cause. The conscious consumer market is valued in the hundreds of billions and growing. GivMoo competes on meaning. That is a defensible position Amazon cannot easily replicate.
What happens if the $600K minimum is not reached?+
Your investment is protected by escrow until the minimum close threshold is met.

All investor funds are held in a third-party escrow account. If GivMoo does not reach the $600,000 minimum raise within the 90-day offering window, all funds are returned to investors in full. You do not lose your capital if the round does not close.
Who qualifies to invest?+
This offering is open to accredited investors only, as permitted under Reg D 506(c).

You qualify if you have an individual net worth exceeding $1 million (excluding primary residence), OR individual income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years ($300,000 joint with spouse). GivMoo will verify accredited status before finalizing any investment.
